"Hi, I'm Frank from Pocatello, and I came to Oral Surgery Specialists of Idaho for dental implants. When I first walked into this practice, I felt that it was very warm environment and it was very well organized. The staff were very professional and they were very much on schedule. Dr. Jepsen is excellent. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. The procedures went very well. Everything went as planned and very happy with the result. The overall experience was excellent. At my age, maybe it's a very healthy thing to have a healthy smile. As you get older, I notice a lot of people don't smile as much as we should.
