Ashlyn's Story

"My name's Ashlyn, I'm from Blackfoot, Idaho, and the procedure I had done here was orthognathic jaw surgery. I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Baker and his staff — they were so kind and very friendly, helpful to me, and put me at ease. Dr. Baker showed me exactly what he would do, and he explained it in words that I could understand and just really calmed my nerves. The surgery went very well, and I was very pleased with the results. Dr. Baker — he's very nice, very calm, and he spoke to me calmly, and he was constantly asking, did I have questions? His main concern was my comfort and making sure that I was well informed. My overall experience here was very well; it was positive.
