The ISDA, headquartered in Boise, represents more than 800 dentists throughout the state of Idaho. We are a constituent of the American Dental Association, the professional organization of dentists throughout the U.S. who are dedicated to providing the best care for their patients. ISDA is also affiliated with seven local district dental societies across Idaho.
The American Society of Implant & Reconstructive Dentistry (ASIRD) is a nationwide not-for-profit association dedicated to educating consumers on the value of dental implants and the importance of choosing an experienced surgeon and dentist team recognized for having a collaborative relationship to ensure optimal results. These teams work together throughout the process and are committed to providing customized, patient-specific, long-term solutions for your dental implant needs.
The IDIA was founded to increase public awareness of the benefits of dental implants and the importance of selecting a qualified team of doctors to provide treatment. Our goal is for every patient considering tooth replacement to be able to make an informed decision about their overall health, appearance and well-being. The IDIA is committed to preserving the integrity of implant dentistry by promoting minimum surgical training standards for dentists placing implants. We also believe that it is critical for patients to understand that not all dentists are equally qualified to surgically place dental implants.
WSOMS is a voluntary partnership of dental professionals working together to improve the quality of oral and maxillofacial surgery services in the community. It is the belief of the Society that professional, political, social and economic exchange between states of the Sixth District of the AAOMS will result in a unity of voice which will enhance our effectiveness in our community and at the national level.
